By placing an order, the buyer confirms that products will be used only for lawful and approved purposes consistent with regulatory requirements and technical guidance.

Regulatory Compliance

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Chemical safety and handling regulations
  • Import, export, and customs requirements
  • Licensing, permits, and authorizations
  • Environmental protection and waste disposal laws

A1prolab provides documentation where required but does not assume responsibility for buyer non-compliance.

Licensing & Permits

Where products are subject to regulatory control, restriction, or authorization, buyers are responsible for:

  • Obtaining and maintaining required licenses or permits
  • Ensuring eligibility to purchase and use regulated materials
  • Providing accurate information during order verification

Failure to meet regulatory requirements may result in order refusal or cancellation.

Safe Handling & Storage

Buyers must ensure that products are:

  • Handled by trained and authorized personnel
  • Stored in suitable facilities in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
  • Used with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Managed in a manner that prevents spills, exposure, or environmental harm

All safety instructions and technical guidance must be strictly followed.

Transportation & Receipt

Upon receipt of goods, buyers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting shipments for damage or discrepancies
  • Ensuring compliant handling and internal transportation
  • Maintaining appropriate storage conditions immediately upon delivery

Any issues must be reported promptly in accordance with agreed procedures.

Waste Management & Disposal

Buyers are responsible for the lawful and environmentally responsible disposal of products and waste materials. Disposal must be conducted in accordance with applicable hazardous waste and environmental regulations.

Prohibited Activities

Buyers must not:

  • Resell or transfer products in violation of applicable laws
  • Use products for unlawful, unauthorized, or unsafe purposes
  • Modify, repackage, or relabel products in a misleading or non-compliant manner

Limitation of Supplier Responsibility
